Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, 1 c. corned beef, broken into small pieces, 1/4 c. thousand island salad dressing, 2 c. shredded swiss cheese and 2 medium tomatoes, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Place sauerkraut in a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
Top with corned beef, then shredded cabbage.
Combine mayonnaise and Thousand Island dressing; spread over cheese.
Top with tomato slices.
Melt margarine and stir bread crumbs into it.
Sprinkle buttered crumbs over tomato slices.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
