Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sauerkraut, drained, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1 (14 oz.) can corned beef, 1 stick margarine and 1/4 c. grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Put a layer of sauerkraut in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle onion and garlic powder over it. Top with sour cream; crumble corned beef over this.
Sprinkle cheese over beef.
Cube the bread and spread over the cheese. Melt the margarine and drizzle over the bread.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350Β°.
