Renya's Beef and Bean Round-Up
Renya'S Beef And Bean Round-Up is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground meat (beef), 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 c. barbecue sauce (kraft), 1 (16 oz.) can ranch style beans and 1 can whole grain corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 375Β°.
In skillet, brown ground meat and onions; drain and stir in barbecue sauce, beans and corn.
Heat until bubbly.
Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Separate biscuits; cut in half crosswise.
Place biscuits cut side down over hot meat mixture and around edge of casserole.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Last 10 minutes, sprinkle cheese over biscuits.
Cook until golden brown.
