Rena's Mincemeat Bread
Rena'S Mincemeat Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar (white), 2 tsp. ginger, 1 tsp. nutmeg and 3 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix white sugar, spices, soda and salt.
Add eggs, water and oil.
Mix together brown sugar and pumpkin.
Add to other ingredients.
Blend at low speed until mixed then on medium for 3 minutes.
Add mincemeat and nuts.
Spray inside of wide mouth pint jars with Pam and fill 1/2 full.
Do not put on lids.
Place jars in 325Β° oven for 45 minutes.
When done, seal immediately.
Makes 10 jars of bread.
This may also be baked in loaf pans for 50 to 60 minutes.
