Relief Society Potatoes
Relief Society Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 medium potatoes, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 pt. sour cream, 1/2 c. margarine (1 square) and 1/3 c. green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil potatoes the day before (whole with peels).
Cut potatoes in small pieces and put in large bowl.
Set aside.
Melt margarine and soup.
Stir together.
Add green onions and sour cream and mix well.
Stir mixture into potatoes and put into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with grated cheese.
Melt the 4 tablespoons margarine; add in cornflakes.
Stir gently to coat.
Place on top of cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
