Reindeer Cookies
Reindeer Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sifted powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. whipping cream, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 12 (2 1/2-inch) sq. graham crackers and 24 chocolate morsels, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine first 3 ingredients; mix well and set aside.
Cut a graham cracker diagonally in half using a gentle sawing motion with a serrated knife.
Spread a small amount of frosting over top side of cracker half.
Top with remaining cracker half, placing cut sides opposite each other so 2 narrow ends meet to form reindeer nose.
Spread a small amount of frosting to cover top cracker.
Gently press chocolate morsels on reindeer for eyes and cinnamon candy for nose.
Add pretzel halves for antlers. Repeat procedure to use remaining ingredients.
Let dry on a wire rack. Yields 1 dozen.
