Regal Chicken on Rice
Regal Chicken On Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup, 2/3 c. milk, 3/4 c. long grain rice, uncooked, 4 oz. can mushroom pieces, undrained and 1 envelope dehydrated onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend mushroom soup and milk; reserve 1/2 cup.
Combine remaining soup mix with rice, mushroom and onion soup mix and pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
Arrange chicken on top.
Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Cover.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
