Refrigerator Rolls
Refrigerator Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, scalded, 1 tsp. salt, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 2 eggs, beaten and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Scald milk.
Add sugar, salt and shortening or oil.
Stir until dissolved.
Cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water; add to milk mixture.
Add eggs.
Gradually add flour; mix to a smooth, soft dough.
Knead on a lightly floured board until smooth and satiny.
Shape into a ball and place in a greased bowl. Cover with a cloth.
Let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk.
