Refrigerator Dill Pickles
Refrigerator Dill Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with cucumbers, 2 tsp. minced garlic, 2 tsp. dill weed, 5 c. water and 1 c. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Use 1 clean glass gallon jar with a lid.
Pack cucumbers whole on ice chunks (or quarters) in jar.
Add garlic and dill weed to jar of cucumbers.
Bring water, vinegar and canning salt to a boil. Pour boiling hot over cucumbers and weigh cucumbers down so brine covers.
Store on counter for 7 days.
Cover; then refrigerate.
