Cut roll of cookie dough into 9 slices and then quarter the slices.
Place in an ungreased miniature cupcake tin to form a cupcake.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and place one peanut butter cup in the center.
Cool and then remove from pan.
Refrigerate.
Makes 36 cookies.
