Cream sugar, Crisco and margarine.
Add eggs, one at a time. Add cocoa, salt, vanilla, coloring and baking powder.
Add 1/2 of flour and 1/2 of milk.
Mix well.
Add remaining flour and milk. Bake in a large tube pan at 300Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
