Red Velvet Cake
Red Velvet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. cocoa and 2 oz. red food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Mix and add to creamed mixture the cocoa and red food coloring.
Mix and add a little at a time to mixture the salt, vanilla and buttermilk.
Add alternately to mixture the cake flour.
Mix and add to mixture the soda and vinegar.
Do not beat.
Bake in 2 pans at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
