Red Velvet Cake
Red Velvet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 eggs, 2 c. plain flour and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream margarine and sugar, add egg yolks (save white for 7 Minute Icing if needed), or you can use 3 whole eggs.
Cream well. Add vanilla, cream, flour and red food color.
Let the milk be last, with the flour.
Cook in three well-greased pans in a 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool in pans for five minutes.
Remove cakes and ice with 7 Minute Icing or chocolate icing can be used.
