Mix cake mix, margarine and buttermilk together, then, in separate bowl, mix food coloring and cocoa.
Fold into cake mixture with spoon.
Put soda and vinegar in cup; mix, then add to cake mixture with spoon.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.; cut both layers in two, making 4 layers.
