Red Pepper Salsa
Red Pepper Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium-sized sweet red peppers, 1 anaheim chile, 1 1/2 c. peeled, seeded and chopped tomatoes, 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut red peppers and chile in half lengthwise.
Remove and discard seeds and membrane.
Place peppers, skin side up, on baking sheet.
Flatten with palm of hand.
Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat for 15 minutes or until peppers are charred.
