Red Pepper Jelly
Red Pepper Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. hot peppers (8 to 10), ground and with juice, 3/4 c. bell peppers (3 to 4), ground and with juice, 6 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar and 1 (6 oz.) bottle certo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring sugar, vinegar, peppers and juice to a boil.
Boil 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add Certo and green or red food coloring.
Put in jars and seal.
