Red Ball Chicken
Red Ball Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, 6 slices bacon, 2 to 3 small pkg. pemmican beef jerky (original flavor), 1 large carton sour cream and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 250Β°.
Cover bottom of baking dish (casserole) with beef jerky.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each chicken breast and place on top of jerky.
Mix sour cream and soup.
Pour over top, making sure you cover chicken.
Bake for 3 to 3 1/2 hours and serve with rice.
