Red and White Delight Salad
Red And White Delight Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. strawberry jello, 1 pt. fresh chopped strawberries or 1 small pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 small can crushed pineapple, 2 ripe bananas, mashed and 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix jello according to package directions.
Mix into gelatin the strawberries, drained pineapple and the bananas.
Add nuts if desired.
Place in flat pan in refrigerator until firm, reserving one-half for second layer at room temperature.
Spread sour cream over first layer.
Then add remaining mixture.
Chill until firm. Cut into squares and serve on bed of lettuce.
