Ready To Eat Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 9 c. sliced cucumbers (very thin), 1 c. green peppers, 1 c. onion, sliced, 2 tbsp. salt and 1 tbsp. celery seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sprinkle salt and celery seed over cucumbers, peppers and onion.
Mix well.
Mix separately 2 cups sugar and 1 cup vinegar. Mix until sugar dissolves.
Pour over cucumber mixture.
Put into jars and cover.
This will keep in refrigerator a month or more.
