Salt and pepper chicken and lay in greased 9 x 13-inch pan (or larger) skin side down.

Pour rice around chicken.

Crumble bouillon cubes in water to dissolve; pour into pan.

Cover with foil and seal tightly.

Depending on how long you will be gone, cook 4 hours at 250°, 3 hours at 275°, 2 1/2 hours at 300°, 2 hours at 325° or 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

Serve with cranberry sauce and Bread-Ready-Quick.
