Ray's Chop Suey
Ray'S Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. meat (may use chicken, beef or shrimp), 6 medium onions, 2 pkg. celery, 1 can bean sprouts and soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cube meat.
Chop vegetables.
Saute meat in small amount of oil and soy sauce.
Place small amount oil in large pan; cook onions and celery until slightly tender.
Add meat to vegetables. Dissolve the bouillon cubes in 1 cup water (hot); pour over meat and vegetables.
Add bean sprouts.
Thicken with mixture of cornstarch and 1 cup water.
Serve over noodles or rice.
