Raw Spinach Salad
Raw Spinach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. tender spinach, 2 firm red tomatoes, diced, 5 green onions, sliced (include half of tops), 1/2 c. diced celery and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Chill all ingredients.
Carefully wash spinach leaves through 3 or 4 waters.
Drain well and chill.
Shred coarsely with kitchen scissors and combine with tomatoes, green onions, celery and salt. Drizzle dressing over the top and toss lightly until vegetables are well coated with dressing.
Garnish with hard-cooked egg. Serve immediately on individual plates.
