Raw Apple Cake
Raw Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. plain flour, 1 1/4 c. wesson oil, 3 eggs, 3 c. raw apples, peeled and grated and 2 c. granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon 3 times and set aside. In another bowl mix oil and sugar together, adding one egg at a time.
Beat well after each egg.
Add flour mixture to oil mixture and mix well.
Add apple and pecans, mix well.
Then add vanilla. Grease and flour tube cake pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
