Raw Apple Cake
Raw Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 2 c. granulated sugar, 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Grease and flour a tube pan.
In a large mixing bowl, blend oil, sugar, eggs, salt, baking soda and walnut flavoring.
In a separate bowl, sprinkle just enough flour over the apples, raisins and nuts to coat them.
Add remaining flour to oil mixture.
Fold in coated apples, raisins and nuts. Pour in prepared tube pan and bake 1 hour and 45 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
