(4 serving size) jell-o brand vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling, 1 1/3 c. water, 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans and 2 c. baker's angel flake coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl.
Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and walnuts.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Cool in pans for 15 minutes. Remove and cool on rack.
Fill and frost with Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting.
