Raspberry Sorbet
Raspberry Sorbet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 3/4 c. sugar, 4 c. fresh raspberries or 2 (12 oz. each) bags frozen raspberries, thawed, 3 tbsp. raspberry flavored schnapps or berry flavored liqueur and 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat water and sugar in large saucepan over medium heat until boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer gently until sugar is completely dissolved.
Press raspberries through wire mesh sieve over medium bowl to remove seeds (yields about 2 cups juice).
Combine juice, sugar, syrup, raspberries, Schnapps and lemon juice in large bowl.
