Raspberry Salad
Raspberry Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin, c. boiling water, (16 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, c. sugar and (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add berries with sugar and stir well.
Stir in pineapple and bananas.
Pour half of this mixture into 9 x 13-inch oblong dish.
Let set in refrigerator until firm, then spread with sour cream.
Cover the sour cream with the remaining gelatin mixture.
Do not refrigerate the last half of the gelatin mixture until you pour it over the sour cream. Chill until set and serve.
