Raspberry Pudding

Thoroughly, sugar, eggs and melted butter.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Combine mixtures, alternately, with milk. Put thin layer of dough in prepared pans, 1 layer of berries
(1 pint) and top with balance of batter.
Then top with balance of berries.
Bake in 1 large pan, 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1
3/4-inches medium greased and floured. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 325° to 375°.
