Randy's Pineapple Delight Cake
Randy'S Pineapple Delight Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. can crushed pineapple, 16 oz. can apricots or peaches, 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 stick oleo and nuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In sheet cake pan, dump can of pineapple, juice and all, and spread evenly.
Add apricots and juice.
Sprinkle cake mix evenly on top of fruit mixture.
Pour melted butter over the top of cake mix evenly.
Add nuts to top.
Do not stir!
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Keep refrigerated after it cools.
