Randy's Favorite Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp stuffed with jalapeño and Colby, then wrapped in bacon and grilled. Smoky, spicy, cheesy - tailgate gold.
👨🍳 Instructions
Split fresh jumbo shrimp (cleaned and headed).
Layer 1/4 sliver of jalapeño pepper and sliver of Colby cheese inside.
Wrap shrimp with piece of bacon and hold together with toothpick. Season with a little salt, if desired.
Cook for a few minutes on outdoor grill until done.
