Ranch Potato Salad
Ranch Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 oz.) box kraft scalloped potatoes and cheese, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. ranchers choice creamy dressing, 1/2 c. velveeta cheese, shredded and 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Bring 2 1/4 cups cold water to a boil.
Add potatoes; simmer, uncovered, over medium heat for 15 to 18 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed.
Stir in sauce mix and milk; simmer for 4 to 5 minutes until sauce thickens and cool.
Stir in dressing, Velveeta cheese, green pepper and onion.
Chill.
Top with bacon. Serves 8.
