Ramen Beef Stroganoff
Ramen Beef Stroganoff is an easy dinner. Made with 1 package ramen beef, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 or 2 tbsp. flour for thickening, 3 oz. of beef and 1 1/2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a small saucepan cook the beef with one half tbsp. of margarine until no longer pink.
Add 1/2 c. water to the pan and the beef seasoning packet.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles, drain well, and stir in 1 tbsp. of margarine.
Add the sour cream to the beef mixture and thicken with flour.
Serve sauce over the noodles.
