Raisin Tea Loaf
Raisin Tea Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 3/4 c. raisins and 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in raisins and lemon rind.
Mix and sift dry ingredients.
Combine lemon extract, vanilla and milk; add alternately with dry ingredients to raisin mixture.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Makes 1 loaf.
