Raisin Pumpkin Crisps
Raisin Pumpkin Crisps is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. light or dark raisins, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg and 1/2 c. canned pumpkin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Rinse and drain raisins.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add unbeaten egg and beat well.
Stir in pumpkin.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and spices and add to creamed mixture.
Stir in vanilla, raisins and nuts.
Drop by small spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 13 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
