Raisin Pie
Raisin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. vanilla and dash of cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Beat eggs in saucepan.
Sift together sugar and flour; mix with eggs.
Add milk and raisins; cook until thick.
Add butter and vanilla.
Pour into pre-cooked (lightly browned) deep dish pie shell and put small pie shell on top.
Pat with butter, and sprinkle of sugar and cinnamon.
Bake until brown.
