Raisin Pie
Raisin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 c. cold water, 2 c. raisins and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In saucepan, stir in sugar and flour.
Add water and mix well. Stir in raisins, salt and cinnamon; cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly.
Cook and stir 1 minute more.
Remove from heat; stir in butter.
Pour into pastry lined pie plate.
Top with lattice crust.
Bake at 375Β° for about 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
