Raisin Pie
Raisin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raisins, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 c. water and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cover raisins with water and bring to a boil.
Drain and cool. Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and salt.
Add raisins and cook in double boiler.
When starts to thicken, add beaten egg yolks to a little of the hot pie mix in a cup, then add to mixture in double boiler.
Cook to thicken.
Put in crust and top with meringue.
