Raisin Loaf
Raisin Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yeast cake, 1 c. lukewarm water, 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, 1/2 c. honey and 2/3 c. chopped raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add 1 cup flour and mix until spongy.
Let rise until light and frothy.
Add remaining ingredients and blend into spongy mixture.
This becomes a very firm loaf.
Spoon into greased loaf pan or bread tin and let rise until nearly doubled.
Bake at 375Β° at least 45 minutes.
