Raisin Cream Pie
Raisin Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. raisins, 1/2 c. water, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. sugar and 2 heaping tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil raisins and water together for 3 minutes.
Add milk. Scald, but do not boil.
Mix sugar, flour and salt.
Add to raisin mixture.
Bring to a boil.
Add beaten egg yolks mixed with a small amount of milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Cook 2 minutes. Pour into baked pie crust.
