In large saucepan, saute onions and celery in butter for 3 minutes.

Stir in walnuts.

Cook 2 minutes and set aside.

Grate 4 teaspoons orange peel from oranges.

Squeeze oranges to make 2 cups orange juice or add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups.

Stir in orange peel, basil, allspice, pepper and salt to walnut mixture. Place bread crumbs in large bowl.

Add juice and vegetable mixture. Toss to mix.

Use 4 to 5 cups to stuff 8 to 10 pound turkey.

Make balls (1/4 cupfuls) of remaining mixture.

Bake in oven at 350Β° for 20 minutes.

Use as appetizers.
