Raisin Banana Muffins
Raisin Banana Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 very ripe bananas, 1 egg, beaten, 1/3 c. vegetable oil, 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Spray a 12-muffin pan with cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Put bananas into a blender; blend until smooth.
Scrape bananas into a mixing bowl and combine with egg and oil.

Add banana mixture to the dry ingredients and blend.
Stir in the raisins.
