Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. cleaned, cooked baby shrimp, 3 c. cooked rice, 1/4 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. chopped pimento-stuffed olives and 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine shrimp, rice, celery, olives, pepper and onion in large bowl.
Cover and chill.
Before serving, stir together salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
