Rainbow Nut Bars
Rainbow Nut Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. peanut butter, 2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips, 5 c. pastel miniature marshmallows and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter, peanut butter and butterscotch chips together over low heat.
Cool slightly.
Add marshmallows, nuts and 1 cup of coconut.
Mix well.
Pat mixture into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle on remaining coconut.
Cool until firm in refrigerator.
Cut into small bars.
