Rainbow Cake
Rainbow Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 angel food cake, 1 box each: lime, orange and strawberry jello, 1 can mandarin orange slices, drained, 1 can blueberries, drained and 1 (10 oz.) container frozen strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Break cake in small pieces.
Cake pieces with the dry strawberry jello; bottom of a tube cake pan. Spread strawberries over cake pieces, then spread 1/3 of softened ice cream over strawberries.
Of cake with lime jello, put in pan.
Next, spread drained blueberries over lime cake layer, then 1/3 of ice cream.
Mix orange jello and remaining cake; put in
Spread orange pieces over cake, then spread the last third of ice cream over oranges.
Freeze. To serve, remove from slice in wedges.
