Racioppi's Pasta Marinara
Racioppi'S Pasta Marinara is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped fine, 1/4 c. olive oil (extra virgin), 1 (28 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, chopped fine, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1/4 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oil and saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
Add in ground beef and raisins, then soy sauce.
Cook until brown and tender. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
