Quickie Pie
Quickie Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 cup milk and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix first four ingredients.
It will become a thin batter. Melt 1 stick of butter in a 9 x 14 pan.
Pour batter over melted butter.
Don't mix - just pour.
Choose your fruit.
If fresh, add enough sugar to your taste and cook 15 minutes slowly.
Pour fruit (and juice) on top of butter and batter.
If canned fruit, pour entire can (fruit & juice) on top of the butter and batter.
Do not stir or mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes (until brown).
Delicious and so easy and quick.
