Quick Turkey Schnitzel
Quick Turkey Schnitzel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. turkey cutlets, 1 egg, slightly beaten, 1 tsp. water, 1 tsp. dijon mustard and 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Rinse cutlets and pat dry.
Season with salt and pepper or Adolph's seasoning.
Blend egg, water and Dijon mustard on plate. Put bread crumbs on another plate.
Dip cutlets in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs.
Put 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet. Heat oil on medium heat until hot.
Fry cutlets one minute on each side until lightly browned.
Serve immediately.
Serves 4 to 5.
