Quick Turkey Curry
Quick Turkey Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 c. milk and 1 c. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook onion in butter or margarine.
Add soup and milk; heat and stir until smooth.
Stir in sour cream and curry powder.
Add turkey; heat, but do not boil.
Garnish with snipped parsley. Serve over hot cooked rice.
If desired, offer curry condiments of chutney, raisins and toasted slivered almonds.
Makes 4 servings.
