Quick Rolls
Quick Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 c. warm water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. vegetable oil and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Combine sugar, oil and buttermilk; stir into yeast mixture.
Stir in enough flour to make soft dough.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
Roll to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a floured 2 1/2-cup biscuit cutter.
Place rolls on heavily greased baking sheets; cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes.
