Quick Rolls
Quick Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. oil, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 c. warm water and 2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast
1/4 cup warm water.
Combine sugar, oil and buttermilk; in yeast.
Stir in flour.
Knead as if making biscuits. to 1/2-inch thickness and cut with biscuit cutter.
Place 1 patty of butter on each roll and fold over.
heavily greased cookie sheet and let stand, covered, in to serve (30 minutes to 3 hours).
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400Β°.
